It also taught me the importance of strategic thinking, effective communication, and personal brand – essential skills for any leader.

My interest in data analytics and digital transformation led me to transition into Customer Success at Alteryx. While there, I launched an onboarding program during a 5x growth period, streamlined operations, and led a team managing a $50M renewals portfolio. My ability to identify gaps, drive innovation, and implement high-impact solutions propelled my advancement from CSM to Senior Manager of Strategy.
